Who we are

Sunday By Design is a book by Sheldon J. Andrus III, published by Tercet Press. This site is operated by Andrus Advisory. Questions about this policy go to hello@andrusadvisory.com.

Information you give us

When you sign up for launch access we collect your first name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile number. We use it to send you launch news and the tools and frameworks from the book. Nothing more.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive text updates, you consent to receive messages about the book's launch at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Email

Email is sent through MailerLite, which processes your name and email address on our behalf. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site. It sets cookies and collects standard data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

Purchases

Retail purchases happen on Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy. Bulk orders are processed by Stripe, which handles payment and shipping details directly. We never see or store your card information.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@andrusadvisory.com and we will handle it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
