System Design Lab
Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to every System Design Lab city. You accept them at checkout.
Registration is per person, per city. Everyone who attends registers, including comped guests, host staff, and serving team. Seats are limited and sold in the order they are paid for.
Team pricing covers five or more people from the same church at one Lab, at $99 a seat. After a team checkout, reply to your confirmation email with each attendee's name, email, and role so we can add them to the list.
Catered lunch is $22 a person on every tier, added at checkout in whatever quantity you need. Lunch orders close the Monday before your Lab date.
Early bird registrations include a signed copy of Sunday By Design, collected at the registration table on the day. Standard and team registrations do not include a book, and signed copies are sold on site.
The Lab is photographed and recorded. By registering and attending, you give Andrus Advisory LLC permission to record your image, likeness, and voice, and to use that footage without payment or further approval, in marketing, teaching, and published material, in any medium, including online.
The Houston Lab on December 2, 2026 is our capture stop and is filmed for broadcast, with a full crew in the room.
If you would rather not appear on camera, tell the registration table when you arrive and we will seat you outside the camera lines. We cannot promise you will never appear in a wide shot of the room.
The Lab is supported by sponsors. By registering, you agree that we may share your name, email address, church or organization, and role with the sponsors of the Lab you attend, so they can follow up with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number, your payment details, or anything you tell us in the room. Sponsors follow up on their own and every sponsor email carries its own unsubscribe. To be left off the sponsor list entirely, email hello@andrusadvisory.com before your Lab date and we will hold your record back.

Dates and venues are confirmed at the time of listing and can still move. If yours moves, we email you first, and the refund and transfer rules above apply.
The Lab is a working day for church leaders. We ask that you keep what other churches share in the room, in the room. We can decline or end a registration, with a refund, if someone makes the room unworkable for everyone else.
